Qbiogene has introduced a new proofreading polymerase that features an error rate of less than one misincorporation per 1.6 million bases. Highly accurate and easy to use, Isis DNA Polymerase can amplify fragments up to 18 kb in length and has exceptional thermostability; fifty percent of enzyme activity remains after 16 hours at 95°C. For added application versatility, this high quality recombinant enzyme features a specially optimized buffer that ensures best performance under widely different amplification conditions, including those using higher denaturation temperatures for amplification of long, GC-rich templates.

Originally isolated from Pyrocccus abyssi (Orsay strain), Isis DNA Polymerase is part of a comprehensive family of Qbiogene enzymes for molecular biology.
