Fast, flexible, and efficient, the BIO 101^® Systems RapidPURE™ Plasmid Mini Kit provides all the tools and reagents necessary to quickly prepare plasmid DNA for transfection, sequencing, and amplification.

The patented RapidPURE Plasmid Mini Kit includes two key components that enhance efficiency and yield. One is the unique Turbo filter, which binds up to 20 µg of plasmid DNA and is much more convenient than silica slurries or spin columns. The other is CIRCLEGROW^®, a high-yield growth media that provides cell growth and plasmid replication well beyond log phase.
