New Expression Profiling Service Requires
No Prior Sequencing Information

A PCR-based technique, the displayPROFILE™ Custom Expression Profiling Service produces profiling data and plasmid DNA stocks of cloned fragments from RNA samples provided by the researcher. The service is also a powerful tool for the discovery of unknown genes from organisms where sequence information is available. The differentially expressed genes identified using the displayPROFILE technique can serve as the basis for downstream, high-throughput analysis and the subsequent development of microarray-based experiments.

With the displayPROFILE service, profiling data is provided electronically and then followed by plasmid DNA stocks of cloned fragments.
