Quality Standards and Quality Control of all the Products

Qbiogene’s primary concern is the customer’s satisfaction and is thus dedicated to providing research products that are reliable and show consistent performance independent of the batch.

At Qbiogene, our quality team plays an important role in the entire production process, from the development to the market release of our products and services. The members of our quality team are highly experienced researchers and undergo continuous training on Quality principles.

Each product must conform to pre-defined specifications and Qbiogene’s scientists use Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure consistency between batches. Moreover, records are maintained on training, process validation, equipment maintenance & verification and manufacturing of each batch. To assure lot traceability, manufacturing technicians must fill batch records detailing raw material, lot numbers, and manufacturing procedures.

Every product lot is fully tested and must comply with specifications required for each item. Quarantine and inspection of raw material, in-process controls, final testing and finished goods are the responsibility of our Quality control organization. To fulfill your needs, product quality is assured through certificates of analysis, which are available on our website and included in the shipment of our major gene delivery products.
