siRNA transfection reagent
jetSI
permits high level suppression of endogenous gene expression
jetSI is a new transfection reagent optimized for efficient delivery
of siRNA. This reagent has been shown to provide 80% knock-out of target
gene expression in a variety of cell lines. Below are the results obtained
when jetSI was used to transfect siRNA directed against endogenous
lamin A/C gene in HeLa cells.
