AdenoExpress™ vectors are ready-to-use for in vivo and in vitro gene delivery applications and for gene therapy research. Constructed for the expression of human, murine, reporter or suicide genes AdenoExpress™ vectors are E1/E3 replication-defective recombinant Adenovirus serotype 5. The inserted gene is under the control of the Cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter/enhancer and therefore is expressed at high levels.

Also available is an Adenovirus expressing our SuperGlo™ GFP (sgGFP™) under the control of the strong CMV5 promoter/ enhancer (5-10X normal CMV).

In addition, Ad5.Null (no expression cassette) and Ad5.CMV-Null (CMV promoter but without any coding sequences under its control) are available as control vectors.

For each AdenoExpress™ two titers are available:

  • High Titer (1x1011 VP/mL) for gene transfer in vitro
  • Very High Titer (1x1013 VP/mL) for gene transfer in vivo
