Klira™ Rapid Ligation Kit

This rapid ligation kit enables ligation of DNA fragments with cohesive or blunt ends in less than 1 hour at room temperature. The specially formulated Klira™ buffer has been designed to speed up formation of phosphodiester bonds for both cohesive and blunt-end ligation. In addition, higher ligation efficiencies, as determined by transformation efficiencies, are obtained using the Klira™ buffer compared to using a standard ligation buffer (See Table).

This kit can be used for linker ligation, cloning in plasmid vectors, and cloning PCR products.

The Klira™ Kit contains sufficient reagents for 40 to 45 ligations. All reagents are guaranteed to be DNase-free.
