Genomic DNA isolation from whole blood

This version of the GNOME^® DNA Isolation Kit has been modified for the isolation of DNA from whole blood. Up to 100 µg of DNA can be isolated from 2 ml of whole blood without the use of organic extractions. DNA is suitable for restriction enzyme digestion or PCR amplification.
