RPM^® Turbo Kit

The RPM turbo kits contain a detailed protocol and all the reagents needed to successfully isolate plasmid DNA from bacterial cultures.

The Protocol, in brief:

1. Load cleared lysate from overnight cultures into RPM turbo cartridges.
2. Add RPM Turbo Binding Salt and mix.
3. Spin.
4. Wash.
5. Elute plasmid DNA in H₂O/TE.
