The Convenience of a Kit
Getting started in expression profiling with displayPROFILE™
systems is simple. Just purchase the displayPROFILE™-Basic
Kit and at least one of the displayPROFILE™-Probe Kits. Each
Probe Kit contains 16 probe primers which are used to produce
16 expression windows. For a complete 64 expression
window profile of your eukaryotic RNA, all four
displayPROFILE™ Eukaryotic Probe Kits are required. For the
prokaryotic RNA samples, there are two displayPROFILE™-
Probe Kits containing each 16 pairs of primers which are used
to produce 32 expression windows for a complete profile.
displayPROFILE™ Expression Profiling Custom Service*
In addition to kits, Qbiogene offers complete displayPROFILE™
Expression Profiling Custom Services. For labs unable to invest
the time in establishing the technology, Qbiogene will take your
RNA samples through the complete displayPROFILE™ process
and provide the images of the resulting gels for your review. Just
select your bands of interest and Qbiogene will isolate, reamplify,
clone, and single-pass sequence your fragments. The
DNA stock and a report with the sequence and BLAST information
are then sent back to you to complete the custom service.
