Q-mate™ CymR System - Expression Vectors

Five expression vectors designed to generate stable cell lines.



  pCMV(CuO)

This plasmid carries the
very strong CMV5 promoter which drives the expression of the regulator CymR of the Q-mate™ inducible expression system. The presence of the neomycin resistance gene allows for the selection of
stable cell lines.

 



This plasmid carries the
CMV5(CuO) promoter for
controllable LacZ expression. The plasmid is used as control plasmid in experiments involoving the Qmate ™ inducible expression system. The presence of the puromycin resistance gene allows for the selection of stable cell lines.

 


This plasmid carries the
CMV5(CuO) promoter for
controllable GFP expression. The plasmid is used as control plasmid in experiments involving the Qmate™ inducible expression system. The presence of the puromycin resistance gene allows for the selection of stable cell lines.

 


pCMV(CuO) is an expression vector designed for controllable gene expression under the control of the human CMV promoter. pCMV(CuO) is used in conjunction with the Q-mate INducible Expression System. In presence of the repressor CymR, expression is turned off. The system is turned on in presence of the inducer cumate or in the absence of the repressor CymR.

The presence of the puromycin resistance gene allows for the selection of stable cell lines.

 

This plasmid carries the
CMV5(CuO) promoter
for controllable transgene expression driven by the very strong CMV5 promoter.
The presence of the puromycin resistance
gene allows for the selection of stable cell lines.

 



This plasmid carries the CMV5(CuO) promoter for controllable transgene expression of the very strong CMV5 promoter.
The IRES sequence insures the co-expression of the GFP driven by the same
inducible promoter. The
plasmid carries an MCS
(multiple cloning site) for the cloning of the DNA of interest. The presence of the puromycin resistance gene allows the selection of stable cell lines.
