The Yeast RPM^® Kit allows isolation of plasmid DNA from both yeast and bacterial cells. It uses a GLASSMILK^® purification process in conjunction with SPIN modules to increase yield and achieve optimal DNA quality. The isolated DNA can be used for screening and bacterial transformations. The Yeast RPM^® Kit can also be used to isolate plasmid DNA from bacterial cells. The dual nature of this kit makes it the perfect choice for screening of two-hybrid transformants.
