MATCHMAKER Gal4 Two-Hybrid System 3BD/Clontech catalog no. 630303 or K1612-1, Clontech's system has a nutritional selection of TRP on its bait vector (pGBKT7) and a nutritional selection of LEU on its library vector (PgadT7). Histidine, in conjunction with other reporters, is used to detect interaction . Qbiogene offers Complete Media, Dropout Bases, and Amino Acid Supplement Mixtures all with the appropriate amino acid dropouts required for this system.
