a new range of easy to use PCR Mastermixes!
Based on the same technology, all those products are designed for you.
Ready-to-go
PCR Mastermix, 5 x concentrated
&GO™ products are ready-to-use, optimized reaction mixes for
specific applications of PCR. They are provided as 5 x C (five times)
concentrated solutions. Simply add 10µl of any &GO™ products
to a 40µl volume containing your template and primers … and
GO!
Store
at 4°C
&GO™ Mastermixes are stable for over one year when stored at
4°C. Apart from greater user convenience this is also safer since
the products are not exposed to potentially harmful repeat freeze-thaw
cycles.
Saves
time, reduces pipetting errors
Using &GO™ avoids the following tiresome manipulations - thawing
of enzyme, dilution of enzyme, pipetting of dNTPs and MgCl2.
1U
of Polymerase per reaction
The &GO™ range will provide 1U of polymerase per 50µl reaction.
The enzymes are identical the well-proven and trusted Qbiogene DNA Polymerases.
Four

approximately 1 per 1.6 million base pairs per PCR cycle. |
