Step One - displayPROFILE™ Analysis
Researcher provides RNA
Check RNA on a gel
cDNA synthesis and template preparation
displayPROFILE™ RFDD-PCR with isotopic label
Produce autoradiograph images
Provide a summary report and images for the researcher's review

Step Two- Band Isolation and Identification
Receive list of fragments for cloning from the researcher
Isolate specified bands
Elute DNA from gel
Reamplify fragment
Clone fragment into specified vector
Confirm fragment size
DNA sequence up to 400 bp
BLAST search with each resulting sequence
Provide a summary report containing sequences and BLAST results
Provide plasmid DNA stock for each cloned fragment
