Isolate specified bands
Elute DNA from gel
Reamplify fragment
Clone fragment into specified vector
Confirm fragment size
DNA sequence up to 400 bp
BLAST search with each resulting sequence
Provide a summary report containing sequences and BLAST results
Provide plasmid DNA stock for each cloned fragment |
